You connect Mitogen once. Then, tool by tool, you decide what is allowed. This is not a replacement of your existing rights, it is a layer on top: you can allow the creation of email drafts while forbidding sending. Officially compatible with Grok, ChatGPT, Claude and Mistral.

You always know what was done.
The assistant becomes the place where work happens. When several tools are connected, it can finally work transversely: cross an Odoo order, an email and a file without changing windows. What you give it determines what it can do. Mitogen acts only within the framework you have defined. Every successful write action is recorded in the registry: who, what, when, in which tool. Twelve months.
The Mitogen dossier is a portable working memory. It keeps the subject (the email, the order, the request) independently of the assistant used. You find it again later, you pass it to a colleague, it resumes where you left it.

You decide what the AI is allowed to do. Mitogen enforces it on every action.
Your tools’ permissions still apply.
The AI acts through each person’s own account, in every tool. Someone with access to accounting in Odoo keeps it through Mitogen; no one else gets it. And whatever you write in a tool is done in your name.
Your rules sit on top.
For each tool, you choose what the AI may do, and Mitogen enforces it, not the AI. If sending is forbidden, it is blocked, whatever the request.
No passwords in the conversation.
Accounts are connected in your browser, on each tool’s own sign-in page. Neither the AI nor the conversation ever sees your passwords or keys.
Your files only pass through.
Mitogen does not keep the content of your files: they stay in your tools (SharePoint, Drive…).
